At JOVS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty technology investment. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 90-day return window for most devices to ensure you have ample time to experience the results.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our dedicated customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack your JOVS device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it arrives back in good condition.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
